During this time, he displayed professionalism and commitment while working on the conceptualisation of the brand, the development of our marketing and product strategy, as well as helping to establish the brand in key markets around the globe.

Mr Sickenberg has 20 years of experience in the watch industry having worked in the commercial sphere, first for Blancpain in European markets before continuing his career with Audemars Piguet where he held sales and marketing positions in Switzerland and in Asia. Having created and managed Audemars Piguet's Greater China subsidiary in Hong Kong, Mr Sickenberg returned to Europe to take over the management of International Sales and general management for Europe. He studied at the University of Lausanne where he obtained a degree in Business Management from the School of Higher Commercial Studies, before gaining a MSc in Management Science with the Japan-American Institute of Management Science.

that Mr Stefan Feltgen, our Director of Operations, will leave at the end
November 2013.

At the same time, Mr Christophe Claret
is pleased to announce the arrival of Mr Wolfgang Sickenberg as our new
Director of Operations, a position he will hold as of today.
