GRAHAM now joins in this adventure to conquer the Baja as, Sal Fish, President of SCORE International, and Eric Loth, CEO of Graham Watches, partner-up in a unprecedented alliance to create the first Score International Baja 1000 timepiece to commemorate its 45th anniversary.

From Sept 22nd to Sept 25th SCORE International and Graham took a worldwide selection of journalists on a journey into the heart of the legendary SCORE Baja 1000 race, following in the footsteps, or more accurately the "tire marks", of thousands of racers from all over the world, who come to race every year of the 45 years of this unique desert race. During this journey, guests were able to experience an off-road pre-run on board some of the current racers vehicles, including racers such as Gustavo and Tavo Vildosola, the father and son team who were the first Mexican team to win overall at the 2010 SCORE Baja 1000 race.

ABOUT SAL FISH
Sal Fish (born May 2, 1939, in Los Angeles, California) is CEO/President of SCORE International, the leading sanctioning body in the sport of desert racing. The SCORE race series includes the Baja 1000, Baja 500, San Felipe 250, Primm 300, Laughlin Desert Challenge and Las Vegas Terrible's Cup. Fish earned an industrial relations degree at the University of San Francisco.

Having first raced in Mexico in 1970, Fish started his entrepreneurial career in desert racing in 1973 when the late Mickey Thompson, founder of SCORE International, recruited him. Fish brought innovation to SCORE, organizing class rules, implementing safety procedures, and transforming the Baja 1000 into one of the most recognized motorsports events in the world today. In 1985 Fish brought unity to the sport when SCORE formed a combined series with Walt Lott and the High Desert Racing Association (HDRA). Fish later teamed up with CFO, Ted Johnson, to purchase SCORE International from Thompson in 1986, and the HDRA in 1993.
