And yes, gentle reader, I am slightly biased towards the brand that Messrs Garcia and Gopp launched not-so-long ago. But in fairness, to quote the young lads who shod their feet at Bodega in Boston -

But back to the topic at hand -

The Spectre is part of the Fastback GT Collection, and is the result of what traditionalists might view as a "Vegas Wedding" - 

A sapphire crystal sits atop a matte black ceramic bezel, which is separated by an anodized aluminum “pinstripe”, that is sandwiched between the bezel and the woven forged carbon case. The crown is titanium and screws down to ensure water resistance to 100M / 330FT / 10ATM.

Then again, the traditionalists tend to slather mayo on their sandwiches and think that Stan Smiths (no offense Stan) are a daring choice in footwear.  Ergo, they are wrong ; )

As so many brother Fastbacks before it, the Spectre has a Miyota movement under the hood, in this case the 90S5, with (as you will note from the dial) an exposed balance wheel.
