Some "basics" about the "complicated":
Atelier Cabinotiers Reference 57260, this is a pocket watch of seemingly limitless capabilities. While I don't think it will make espresso, that may be one of the very few things it can't do ; )
Its Calibre 3750 is mechanical (hand winding), and measures 72 mm in diameter and is 36 mm thick.
Time functions - 6 of them!
Perpetual calendar functions: Gregorian and Hebraic - 15
Astronomic calendar? 9
Lunar calendar - just the 1, sorry!
Religious calendar function - 1
Chronograph (3 column-wheels) 4 functions
Alarm function - 6
Westminster Carillon "chimes" - 8
"Further functions" - 7
Encased in 98 mm of 18k white gold, standing 50.55 mm thick.
Vacheron Constantin takes pains to inform you that it is NOT water-resistant!
