FRANC VILA launches a new edition of its original calibre FVi17 Chrono Bicompax Intrepido, a new addition to its Intrepido* line of exclusive timepieces, with a classically VINTAGE feel to it. Utilizing a brushed case and colors of the deep blue Mediterranean Sea, the new timepiece also respects the original philosophy of creating extremely resistant watches for modern active lifestyles.

The Vintage Collection features an automatic mechanical movement boasts
chronograph Bicompax functions and a prominent date indication. As with all
FRANC VILA timepieces, the architectural design and construction of the
watch reflects embodies the synergy between watchmaking expertise and
contemporary design.

Bezel in DieHard Extreme Steel. Caseband in titanium. Special “Intrepido” shape with elliptic and circular bezel and protective inserts. Chronograph start/stop pusher at 2’. Chronograph reset pusher at 4’. Crystal and caseback both in sapphire with double sided anti-glare treatment. Water resistant to 100 meters.
Movement
High Grade Mechanical Self-Winding hand finished complicated movement Caliber FV17. FRANC VILA Exclusive “Gold Concept Rotor”. Power reserve of 42 hours.
Functions
Hours, minutes and seconds. Chronograph and date.
Dial
Applied industrial-cut & polished markers reinforced with Superluminova are displayed all around a deep Royal Blue dial. The marker indicating the date is treated with red Superluminova to enhance legibility.
Chronograph seconds indication displayed by central hand. Seconds indication subsidiary dial at 3’. Date indication in window at 6’. Chronograph subsidiary dial at 9’ (minutes).
Strap
Blue crocodile leather sport strap with red stitching and folding clasp.
Limited edition of 88 pieces.
