ETERNA Jumps in the "Way Back" Machine!

Okay, sometimes you have to look back to move forward.  And ETERNA has done just that with its latest offerings.

This is an original ETERNA model produced for the Czech military just prior to 1940 - that being 1939.
With this starting point, ETERNA has endeavored to re-imagine this iconic timekeeper.
These are the new Heritage Military pieces.

 Available in a black PVD finish (above) or a polished stainless steel finish (below).

A bit larger than the original that inspired it, these new Heritage Military pieces measure a more modern 40 mm in diameter and 11.70 mm in height, and providing a date window just above the number 6 on the dial.

Heritage Military Technical Specifications
Movement: calibre ETA 2824-2; self-winding movement; power reserve 38 h; 28,800 v.p.h.; 25 jewels; hours, minutes, seconds; date calendar.

Dial/hands: mat black , Arabic numbers coated with a green luminous compound; gold- plated centre hour and minute hands coated with a green luminous compound; gold-plated seconds hands; date calendar at 6 o’clock.

Case/back: case in polished stainless steel or stainless steel coated with black PVD; screw- secured case back; water-resistant to 50 m (5 bars or ~ 165 feet); diameter: 40 mm; thickness: 11.70 mm; scratch-resistant, anti-reflective sapphire crystal.

Bracelet/clasp: black or brown leather strap with stainless steel pin buckle or black PVD-coated stainless steel.

Production: Limited and numbered edition of 1939 watches.
