A world of
inspiration
Aeronautical instruments are the pinnacle of
readability, reliability and performance. Bell & Ross instrument watches
are directly inspired by aircraft cockpit clocks and are based on four fundamental
principles: readability, functionality, precision and water-resistance.
Because our watches meet the demands of the most
extreme conditions, Bell & Ross has become a benchmark in the
world of luxury watchmaking and in the exclusive domain of professional users.
Tornado pilots are the
latest prestige reference for the Bell & Ross brand, joining the ranks of
civil defense mine disposal experts, Rafale pilots and combat divers, all
synonymous to quality and reliability for those professionals working in extreme conditions.
A tribute to
the Aeronautica Militare
Sleek, stylish and powerful, fighter planes are the
masters of the skies. The 1980s were a prolific period for fighter aviation in
Europe, especially in terms of cooperation between countries. The Panavia
Tornado is a perfect example of this.
Designed to be at the forefront of high-performance
navigation and extreme precision, the MRCA 75 (Multi-Role Combat Aircraft
1975), soon to be known as the Tornado, was jointly developed by the UK,
Germany and Italy during the 1970s, going into active service in 1982.
A genuine masterpiece of technology, a legendary
aircraft capable of supersonic acceleration, these “Warriors of the Skies” can
reach Mach 2.34 (2,417 km/h) and have a range of 1,400 km.
As an integral part of the Comando della Squadra
Aerea, these multi-purpose combat aircrafts are based in Ghedi and Piacenza and
carry out recognition, defense, and attack missions for the 6th and
50th squadrons.
Emboldened by the values of this exceptional
aircraft, Bell & Ross is honored to spotlight this aeronautic
model.
