Black is White, Day is Night, and Up is Down!

This is the Upside Down form Ludovic Ballouard.  Can you guess what time it is?

You might note that all of the indices appear to be inverted or "upside down".  All except number 10.  That's right, it's 10:10!

The case, crown and buckle are of platinum.  The movement is constructed from gilt brass.  The dial is crafted from blue titanium, while the hands are gilt steel.
