The First DuBois et fils Watch to be Auctioned

The First Watch of the New DuBois et fils Collection is Going Under the Hammer

Already only a few days after the opening of the DuBois et fils Online Shop in July, all watch models of the DBF001-01 collection were sold out. With one exception: the first watch of the new collection, model DBF001-01 with the Limited Edition number '01' of 99 editions, can still be had.

The unique timepiece, which like no other watch symbolises the Swiss heritage brand's move into a new era, is being auctioned online. Since 5 September 2013, watch aficionados worldwide can place their bids on the DuBois et fils website (www.duboisfils.ch). The auction ends on Sunday, 6 October 2013 at 22:00. The highest bidder will be the new owner of DBF001-01 '01'.

The final selling price will be doubled by a private benefactor and will go towards the founding of a DBF charity account. With the funds from the account DuBois et fils will launch and support its own aid project. The project, like the company's strategy, will be focused on sustainability and the long-term.

With the online auctioning of the exceptional watch on the company's own DuBois et fils website, the oldest watch maker of Switzerland is once again clearly proving its enormous innovation potential – not least in customer relations.
