This is the Icon XL Special Edition from John Isaac Geneve.
The case is a 35mm confection of pink gold goodness, displaying a Clous de Paris "chocolate dial". The hands are treated with Super Lumimova to ensure readability at night. A screw-down crown helps maintain water resistance to 50 meters. Sapphire glass front and back aid in the viewing of the ETA 2824 Self-winding mechanical movement.
The strap is ebony (large-scaled) alligator with am 18K pink gold buckle. A three part fold-over clasp is optional)
