One of my all-time favorite movies is Rear Window with Jimmy Stewart and Grace Kelly. The imagery of that film - all shot in the confines of a small studio apartment - it was something! Of course both Mr. Hitchcock was at his directorial best, and as someone who has spent a significant part of his adult life in small apartments, his staging was accurate. Moreover, as the son of a fashion designer I can say that Edith Head was spot-on with the costumes, etc.
There was a scene at one point where L.B. "Jeff" Jeffries is examining his watch - a Tissot. I realize that this one is not it, but it really does remind me of it.
Tissot has a wonderful practice of releasing historic models based on models from its past, and this Visodate is a member of that exclusive group.
It is a beautiful time-keeper, and you can purchase it directly from Tissot - www.shoptissot.com
