SWATCH Dada Traces

SFO - the San Francisco Airport - gets a bit of an unfair reputation.  On the one hand, due to wildly changing San Francisco weather (if you don't like it, wait a few minutes - it will change), and the fact that it has not been able to expand for some time can lead to some substantial delays.  On the other hand, it has some of the best food options as far as airports go.  It also has one of SWATCH Groups in-airport boutiques.  Wendy brought this back for me on her last business trip - so I guess her delay was my gain!

This is the SWATCH Dada Traces.  This was originally released in 2003, but the SWATCH stores were selling some "non-standard" items and there it was!

Starting in around 1916 in Zurich at the Cabaret Voltaire, Dadaism was an artistic reaction to the war, and the bourgeois, capitalist society that had "logically" led us into it.  For those of you with a desire for a quick history refresher - check out the Wikipedia entry:  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dada
