That is a gorgeous timepiece. I really like the retro pieces that a number of old guard manufacturers are putting out these days--especially Longines and particularly the Longines Expéditions Polaires Françaises – Missions Paul-Emile Victor.

Hi there Doug - according to my contact at Eterna, this and the SuperKontiki were designed to be more affordable so, my understanding is that this uses an ETA movement.
