This is the latest offering from Mido.  I have to say it is pretty good looking!

The case is a very pleasing, 40 mm tripartite.  It is of stainless steel, PVD treated (rose gold finish).  The dial provides hours minutes and seconds in an interesting layout.  It is different, but subtly and pleasingly so.

The movement is from ETA - the 2825-2.

I have to say that as the months have progressed, Mido keeps impressing.  And this latest offering has set the bar pretty high!

It might finally be that my seemingly unending quest to replace my father's gold Mido might finally be nearing an end!

For those of you just tuning in, my father was given a gold-filled Mido the day before I was born -

And that watch was dutifully passed on by me to my niece this summer, leaving me somewhat "Midoless".  Not exactly bereft, but notably "wanting".

But back to the new Belluna - or maybe to put another way, the next "Henki Mido".

A 40 mm rose tripartite gold pvd stainless steel case with a sub dial second indicator at 6 o'clock (my personal favorite).  ETA's 2825-2 ticks faithfully between the sapphire crystal front and display back.  

Needless to say - I want one!!!
