The NOS refers to that old micro brand favorite designation - New Old Stock.

Back in 2022 Kurono bought the remaining inventory of Citizen's Premium Automatic Cal.9134 which had been discontinued.

These movements were tweaked a bit to not only improve performance, but to better adapt them to the final design of the SENSU NOS, with the date function being removed. This left hours, minutes, seconds, power reserve, and a 24 hour sub-dial.

This very cool new time machine will go on sale October 10th at (if I have read it correctly) 10:00 PM (Japan time).
