This is the Multimatic from Manufaktur Waldhoff. It is a really fun, very reasonably priced new offering.
The case measures 42.5 mm, and is of stainless steel.
The movement is the Miyota 9100. The Multimatic provides hours, minutes, seconds, day, date and month - not to mention power reserve and a 24 hour indicator.
