The case is 42 mm in diameter and is rose gold plated stainless steel with a display case back.  The movement is listed as the FC-397 Automatic Chronograph Movement.  25 jewels and 46 hours of power reserve.

The dial for this model is purported in the press release to be dark green, and sorry to be a party pooper but it seems closer to black in the photos.  Having said that I realize that that hue of green is very, very difficult to capture in photos and is not aided by the gold which leads the mind to presume black.  The dial boasts guilloché decorative detail and features applied luminous indices that are plated with matching rose gold to match the case, crown and pushers.

The strap is of leather with large circular cut-outs reminiscent of the sporting straps of yesteryear.

The Rose Gold plated version is limited to 2,888 pieces.

Also available with a white dial, Reference FC-397HS5B6 has identical specifications, however it's case is stainless steel with matching applied indices, crown and push pieces.  The dial is silver with a similar guilloché design.

It is also limited to 2,888 pieces.
