Every now and then you get a "dog that won't hunt". This is one of those times.
Point of full disclosure, I purchased the Seiko Recraft SNKN01 with the intention of writing a review on it. So the very meager budget of Tempus Fugit was tapped into to purchase (full retail pals and gals) this watch.
Try though I might, I could not come to really like this watch on just about any level.
The finish is a bit sloppy, the timekeeping was dodgy at best. We are at one of those if you don't have something nice to say... moments.
Now on the other hand, this is a watch that retails for less than $200 US. So it does represent the potential for good value for money. In this instance, I got less than what I paid for.
As I realize that maybe this is just one of those things, I am going to put this away for a few months and try to revisit it in July to see if my perspective has changed.
I will say that I think Seiko could have done better with this one.
As for now, I can't recommend this watch.
