With Atlantic
This is a watch that I (personally) feel has never gotten the recognition it truly deserved.

It is not flashy, it does not "make toast". No, it gives you the time and the date. It is a beautiful dial that is reminiscent of of a time when receiving a watch was a really big deal. It was a once or twice in a lifetime event. That would be the watch you would hang onto and then pass on to the next "care giver". And that feeling, that sense of connectedness was not based on the price tag.
I think we've lost track of that idea, that special feeling. Don't get me wrong, the never ending desire to have something new is what drives the industry and pays the bills for some of us. But Something like the Worldmaster is something that endures long after the latest fashion has faded to fad.
