Who is the Star?

So lately, a friend (very well meaning) has asked me why I don't have the same "I'm with this important person" photos on my blog - i.e. me with a watch industry person.  To which I tell her quite simply - I am not the story, they are.  And while I might have some photos of famous/notable people from the watch and pen industry, those photos are of friends, taken by friends and not to be used for self-promotion.

The stars are the watches, and the people who make them and support them.  Everything else is just talk
