Dear Old Stockholm

Of all the cities that Wendy and I traveled to together, Stockholm is perhaps our favorite.




And I was going through some old photos and memories, I was reminded of our first visit there.  We had been living in Turku, Finland - which is a very nice place.  But Stockholm was something else altogether.  A beautiful city, a glorious old town, clean and modern.  It was amazing!

And GoS watches came up with something that has really summed up my feelings for the city.

The movement is a beautiful vintage hand-winding Alpina movement.  The case is stainless steel, and the dial mother of pearl.

It is beautiful.
