The Watch Industry and the Transfer Window - Eterna... Again

News arrived in my in box from Corum's North American PR office earlier this afternoon -

 It was announced today that Corum's CEO Antonio Calce has assumed responsibility as the CEO of Eterna in addition to his current role with Corum.

Antonio Calce, CEO Montres Corum also appointed CEO of Eterna


June 19, 2013 – With immediate effect, China Haidian Holdings Limited (“China Haidian”) is
pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Antonio Calce as CEO of Eterna in addition to his
current and continuing responsibilities as CEO of Montres Corum Sarl.

This strategic appointment demonstrates the long term vision of China Haidian and the confidence
of both partners for the continued development and growth of the two brands.

Mr. Hon Kwok Lung, Chairman of the Executive Committee of China Haidian, said: "It is my great
pleasure to have Mr Antonio Calce accepting this challenge. Since 2007, he has repositioned Corum
to its due place in Haute Horlogerie and I am confident of his ability to rebuild Eterna. I will enjoy
working with Antonio Calce, whom I trust to ensure effective management of both companies. "

Antonio Calce, CEO of Corum, said: "I am very pleased to have a strong relationship with Mr Hon
based on confidence and trust. I am attached to Eterna’s incredible history and with its industrial
asset, I strongly believe in its potential. There will be much synergies to jointly exploit and my
