  1. Thank you for this post: I really commend your choice of independent and/or small manufactures over big conglomerates. Speaking of which a question came to mind: I recently came across the Monoposto model from Autodromo, housing a Miyota 821a movement. Is this a worthwhile investment?

    I'm a bit bothered the movement keeps an accuracy of -20 to +40 seconds, but I find that otherwise the model is a good looking watch.
    I am extremely tempted to buy this watch, but wouldn't do it without getting your advice on it first. Any thoughts?
