Measuring up with ilcentimetro

One of the most coveted and talked about items at BaselWorld this year WASN'T even a watch!

Allow me to introduce you to the ilcentimetro!

There I was, visiting a watch brand's booth and I noticed something beyond the brand's watches - everyone in that booth was wearing something like this!

This is a bracelet that resembles, well, a measuring tape!

A leather bracelet with magnetic closures.  But in case you're worried about it coming undone and falling off, the folks at ilcentimetro have you covered -

A prong on each side of the closure ensures that the the clasp will hold on even if the magnets slip!

I am enjoying mine immensely, and I can say that this bracelet has drawn as many comments as any watch I've been wearing.  A nice bit of Italian fashion to see me through the summer.

Mine is classic yellow, but fear not there are other colors available, and I suspect that this is going to be a big hit!
