So I know that it's more fashionable to put together these types of lists right at the beginning or the end of the year, but my annual calendar seems to center on BaselWorld which shifts a little bit every year. So I have my own timetable, and as today is a day off from the day job, it seemed like a good time to put this list together. So here are my favorite pieces of the past year.

Now technically this is from 2011, but I didn't lay eyes on it in person until the summer of 2012. For me, this is one of the best watches that JLC has come out with for several years. I love the classic design - nice and simple - but what I really dig is the red dial. How cool is that?
