Thierry Nataf SLYDEs out as CEO

Things move pretty quickly around here.  If you don't keep your eyes and ears open, you could miss something.  No sooner had he moved into his office and ordered new business cards, it would seem that Thierry Nataf is now NOT the CEO of SLYDE.

Here's the news straight from the folks at SLYDE:

2012 was as highly eventful year for Slyde watch. 15 months after its first sales, the brand is established on four continents and present in over 100 stores around the world, including our new  boutique that  has opened in Beijing. We have introduced new functions such as “turn me on” which enables the wearer to trigger the time display with a flick of the wrist. The multiplication of movements is the very essence of the brand, and can now also be handled via our SLYDE Shop which has opened since the start of this year.Thierry Nataf, our CEO, made a substantial contribution during the latter half of the year to consolidating the company’s overall strategy and to establishing the brand identity, a clear positioning, and a product range policy for 2013, as well as defining our international development strategy.

As of Dec 31st 2012, he is no longer CEO of SLYDE but remains a contributor to our strategy as Senior Advisor to the board and the shareholders, via the Société Internationale de Conseil Stratégiques et Opérationnels which he chairs, THE CONSULTING COMPANY. The company chairmanship will transition from Alain Nicod to Jorg Hysek, both of whom are founders and significant shareholders. Alain Nicod will now serve as Director. The strong team in place is ready to bring you a number of magnificent surprises in the coming year.

Read into this whatever you will - but the transfer window has now opened and closed at SLYDE.
