Eberhard will be front and center for the CHEF’S CUP SÜDTIROL 2013
The slopes of slopes of Alta Val Badia will play host to this year's event, with several of Europe's top chefs participating.
And Eberhard has created a special wall clock for the event - can't let those soufflés fall due to poor time keeping!
