15 Days with the Eterna Soleure - day 6

It has now been six days with the Eterna Soleure and I wanted to give some initial feedback.

To address the obvious question - the timekeeping has been flawless - just as I have come to expect from anything coming from Eterna.  Or maybe to put it more objectively - new or used, I have yet to have a poor timing performance from an Eterna watch, and the Soleure is no exception.  We are hovering between plus 2 and 3 seconds per day.  This is a very satisfying deviation as I have been actively using the chronograph function.

Both the crown and the single chronograph push button are wonderfully smooth and clean in both their finish as well as their function. The crown allows for easy adjustment of time and date, and the push button, while not as massive as you might expect on a more traditional chronograph, is just the right size for this watch, and provides just the right feeling when pushed.

I know that this probably sounds like a silly observation, but those of you out there who have had enough chronographs will agree with me... there is nothing like the satisfaction you get from a well-engaged chronograph start push.

So about another week together, stay tuned!
