Comfortable and secure - the Bremont ALT1-C

So today is my last day with the Bremont ALT1-C, and one of the things that I have not had a chance to comment on is the comfort and finish of the strap and clasp.

The clasp itself is very well finished - a very clean logo adorns the outer clasp, rather than
merely laser etched - this is more of an actual engraving with the bot the name and the logo
clearly displayed.
The clasp itself folds over and is operated by a two button release.  The action is smooth and
accurate, the clasp holding securely and fastening with a highly satisfying click.

With so many watches out there, the clasp is often joined to the strap in something of a "shot-gun"
wedding - with a strap not fitting well with the clasp.  The evidence often being a fat, swollen strap
jammed rather inelegantly through a less-than well finished clasp assembly.
Not so with the Bremont!  Clean, well balanced and highly functional.  The strap itself is extremely high-quality and the finish is impeccable.  The folks at Bremont really paid attention to even the smallest detail.
Top quality leather, hand stitched and supremely comfortable!  I'm going to miss this!

Final summary is tonight/tomorrow - stay tuned!
