What watch would George Jetson wear?

Okay, it was Saturday morning, and I was getting ready to take some
additional photos of the Feldo and couldn't find it.  And as I walked
into the living room, I see it - prominently on Wendy's wrist!
So I relinquished my position for 2 days, and herein is her feedback -

24 Hours with the FELDO (perspective from the lady of the house)

I’ve been wearing the Feldo for the last day and wanted to throw my 2-cents into the ring. First off, this is a comfortable watch to wear—while I am aware of its presence on my wrist, it’s not overtly heavy nor does it get in the way.  But no bones about it—this is a Big Watch. The dial face is about as wide as my wrist and, thanks to the black rubber strap, it’s definitely a ‘statement’ piece.

Telling the time does take some getting used to but once I got the hang of it (which, in fairness, only took about 5-10 minutes), it’s really easy to do. I just checked the time now and came up with 2:51 pm; this was confirmed with a quick check of the microwave/ coffeemaker/ iPhone and computer (it’s a remarkable age we live in, really!) and I’m feeling pretty smug at that!

While a very modern style and color, I am somewhat reminded of the atomic age—perhaps this is the watch George Jetson would have worn, in the 60s version of the future?

Lastly, while oftentimes a man’s watch on a woman can accentuate femininity, I like that this brings out a more manly aspect. Frankly, it’s the kind of watch I’d be wearing if I wanted to kick some butt—with my short red cowboy-booties, of course!

Overall, a fun watch to wear and one that will certainly draw attention!

I was able to "re-capture" the Feldo and it now is back on my rest for the remainder of the week!  More to come.
