Come Friday/Saturday, with any small degree of luck, this dial will sit atop a vintage Rolex Bubble-back that Ali Athari has been patiently restoring...for me! This was part of an "odds n' ends" bunch of "written off" watches that he had purchased from an old San Francisco watch maker and it has been sitting disembodied for the better part of 20 - 30 years. Like "The Red Violin" I suspect that this watch has quite a few stories to share...
